The College of Business offers the General Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree program online. The MBA is a 33-semester hour graduate degree program. MBA candidates have the opportunity to acquire the knowledge, skills, and leadership capacity to perform effectively in complex and rapidly changing environments. They are able to develop strategies and to respond proactively to business challenges and opportunities. Graduates learn to integrate functional expertise in seamless organizations and to create pluralistic organizational cultures appropriate to the business environment. Such cultures generate the best possible solutions to problems, facilitate the development of truly innovative products and services that allow organizations to compete in global markets, and give every employee the opportunity to contribute their very best and thus promote above average returns.

It will cover major macroeconomics and microeconomic concepts that are important to managers working in the American economy. This course is designed to develop student's understanding of how to efficiently achieve the goals of the firm and their ability to recognize how economic forces affect the organization. MGMT 6108	Quantitative Methods for Managers	3 hours MGMT 6108 - Quantitative Methods for Managers 3 credit hours Course Description This course introduces students to the major quantitative techniques used in management decision making. Topics include deterministic and probability models, decision theory, game theory, linear programming, production planning, operating technology, simulation, dynamic programming and advanced applications of statistics. The approach is experiential and focuses on organization development, leadership, and teamwork. MGMT 6199	Business Policy and Strategic Managment	3 hours MGMT 6199 - Business Policy and Strategic Managment 3 credit hours Course Description This course can be taken only after completion of at least 27 hours of MBA courses.The purpose of the course is to give the student an opportunity to develop and appreciate skills and perspectives, capabilities needed by higher-level leaders and managers in all types of organizations.
